Silicone orings can be used between -60 ° C and 220 ° C without deterioration.

Even if the temperature suddenly rises above 200 ° C, it can be used up to 240 ° C without losing its function, provided that it does not work continuously at 240 degrees. Silicone orings have high flexibility and weather resistance.

In addition, since the raw material of silicone orings is silicone, it is suitable for food. Silicone gaskets and orings used in food-related businesses are easily used. If requested, a certificate of conformity to food is also issued by us for these sealing elements.

Silicon Orings Properties

·        Resistance to extreme temperatures -50°C to + 232°C (-58°F to +450°F). Some special compounds resist even higher temperatures.

·        Retention of properties of silicone at high temperature is superior to most other elastic materials. 

·        Resistant to ozone, UV radiation, engine and transmission oils, vegetabşe fats and oils.
