GASKETS
Silicon
lamp gaskets, are used as a sealing element to prevent electronic lamps and parts
from being damaged by rain or other conditions.
These gaskets are manufactured by our company in accordance with IP65, IP66,
IP67, IP68 certificates.
IP65; Protected Against Squirting
Water. When seals that comply with IP65 certificate are used, water jets coming
to the place where the gasket is used in the device will not damage the device.
For example: Seals produced
according to IP 65 certificate should be used in lighting used for external
lighting. Because raindrops etc. Water drops coming from getting wet will not
damage the device.
IP66; It is protected against strong
water jets. When seals that comply with the IP66 certificate are used, strong
water jets coming to the device where the gasket is used will not damage the
device.
For example: Seals suitable for IP66
certification should be used for lamps that will illuminate a garden or an
outside area. Otherwise, when the water is turned on to irrigate the Garden, it
may damage the lamp as water will squirt out.
IP67; For electronic components that are temporarily immersed in water,
they are protected against water. When seals that comply with the IP67
certificate are used, water does not damage the device when submerged in water
from the place where the gasket is used.
IP68; It should be protected against
the effects of continuous immersion in water. Protected against water for
electronic components that are constantly in water. When seals that comply with
the IP68 certificate are used, the pressure of water and pressure on the lamp
or electronic parts for electronic parts in the water does not damage the lamp.
For example: Lamps used inside
pools. Gaskets manufactured in accordance with IP68 certification must be used.
Otherwise, the device will be broken.
